Season 2 Of 'Arcane' Is Coming In November 2024, After Being Teased By Netflix
With the first season of Arcane being a success, it was only natural for there to be the green light for a second season. After a small tease of what can be expected to come for the next season, eagle-eyed viewers were treated to a release of fifteen seconds of a character’s silhouette on Netflix’s X page with the hashtag GeekedWeek.
The tease, though short, created a fiercely positive reaction from fans, eager to “chew on more”. The silhouetted character, with only long blue pigtails visible (quite possibly Jinx), is seen carrying a helmet and walking along a bridge as fire rains down above. An eerie hum lingers throughout the clip before the release date of November 2024 appears.

Since Arcane’s debut in November of 2021, the show won several Emmys, including Outstanding Animated Program in 2022. Additionally, Arcane served as “the first of two collaborations” between Netflix and League of Legends developer Riot Games. Riot Games’ second collaboration, Hextech Mayhem: A League of Legends Story, was released last February exclusively on mobile via Netflix Games. This release resulted in Hextech becoming one of the foundational titles of the streamer’s “ever-expanding library of mobile exclusives backed by big-time developers.”
Waiting another year for another season might seem like a long time, but it can give fans all the time to ponder if the show will garner more Emmys and musical guests. Either one will be well-received by fans come November 2024.
