Rumors Suggest Millie Bobby Brown In Talks With Lucasfilm For ‘Star Wars’ Role
Millie Bobbie Brown, the UK actress famous for her starring role in Netflix's Stranger Things, is allegedly in talks with Lucasfilm to star in an installment of Star Wars. Both Millie and her father are already close friends of Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy, so it doesn't seem ridiculous to suggest that she would appear in the Star Wars universe sooner or later. If it were true, her appearance would have to mean a large role for the actress, considering her 12 million pound minimum. Evan at that price, it seems like a no-brainer for Disney, given her popularity among the 18-30 demographic.

A source for Mirror, who is close to Brown, has been quoted as saying, "Millie is on Disney's radar for new Star Wars projects." The source also went on to add, "She's had to contact Kathleen, who is aware of her desire to feature in a movie or play a central role in one of the new TV projects for Disney+.' So it looks like, given their pre-existing relationship and Millie's performance with a core demographic of fans, the rumor might prove true. Star Wars has a long history of working with British actors and hopefully the rumors are true, leading Millie Bobbie Brown to be the next Brit in the Star Wars universe.
