Quentin Tarantino Says No To 'Kill Bill: Vol. 3'
A new interview with Quentin Tarantino reveals that Kill Bill: Volume 3 is not happening. When asked about the rumours and speculation and whether it would happen, Tarantino said, “I don’t see that. My last film is about a film critic, a male critic. And he plays in the 70s.” His last film will indeed be his last. For some time now, Tarantino has talked about how he will make his tenth film his last before retiring. The Movie Critic is that film.
Discussions regarding Kill Bill: Volume 3 have happened in the past. Uma Thurman talked about that last year. “I can’t really tell you anything about it. I mean it has been discussed over the years. There was real thought about it happening, but very long ago. I don’t see it as immediately on the horizon.” Those ideas include things that didn’t make the cut for the first two movies.
Another of the actresses from the film, Vivica A. Fox, has talked before about why fans want to see more of this story. “I think the main draw is that people love Tarantino’s work. He’s always got this weird quirkiness that surprises you, that intrigues you, that makes you want more.”
