New 'Pokemon' TCG Pocket-Themed Booster Packs Revealed With Release Dates

New Booster Packs and features for fans of the mobile Pokemon TCG Pocket app were revealed and released globally today, March 27.  110 new cards in total are now available, including Shiny Pokemon for the first time. New features include ex Cards, Ranked Decks, and Starter Deck Missions.

Among the ex-cards included in the so-called Shiny Revelry expansion are Charizard ex, Pachirisu ex, Lucario ex, Pikachu ex, and Garatina ex. Players can also now participate in Ranked Matches with players of similar skill levels and can earn emblems to display on their profiles. Additionally, between March 27 and April 25, players can participate in Starter Deck Missions where players can earn the Deck Ticket, which can be exchanged for 1 of 9 Starter Decks, which will include 1 ex Card.

Based on the release schedule of the expansion that was previously announced, it should now be completely rolled out, with New Zealand being the last server to receive the expansion at 7:00 pm NZDT:

  • Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) - March 27 - 2:00 AM

  • Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) UK - March 27 - 6:00 AM

  • Central European Time (CET) - March 27 - 7:00 AM

  • Indian Standard Time (IST) - March 27 - 11:30 AM

  • China Standard Time (CST) - March 27 - 2:00 PM

  • Japanese Standard Time (JST) - March 27 - 3:00 PM

  • Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) - March 27 - 5:00 PM

  • New Zealand Daylight Time (NZDT) - March 27 - 7:00 PM
