Marvel Entertainment’s Women of Marvel podcast is making a return for the Winter 2022 season.  Hosts Ellie Pyle, Angélique Roché, and Judy Stephens provide a platform for people to acknowledge the impact and bolster the voices of women and nonbinary creators in the scene.

An exciting lineup of guest speakers is on the block this season. Comic writers Kelly Thompson, Jordan Ifueko, and Sam Maggs, as well as editors Alanna Smith and Robyn Belt, are just a sample of the upcoming guests. They will be joining the hosts to talk about the mentor-mentee relationships of fan-favorite characters along with their own experiences in the industry.

The season premiere highlights just how impactful mentorship relations can be with a clip from the 2022 New York Comic Con.  A mentor can help connect contacts, advise on how to improve the craft, become an advocate, and more.  The relationship is invaluable, especially when you’re the minority in the room.  The panel excerpt highlights this importance for the creatives behind the comics as well as what’s coming up for the Women of Marvel anthology.

This season will have 8 episodes with a release every Thursday. You can tune in to the new episodes, and catch up on previous episodes, through major podcast platforms including the SXM App, Apple Podcasts, Stitcher, and Spotify.
