Lucasfilm Revealed The Number Of Episodes For 'The Bad Batch' Season 2

Today is the release of the long-awaited trailer for the second season of Star Wars: The Bad Batch. The upcoming season will be sixteen episodes in length, running fourteen weeks. The first two episodes, “Spoils of War” and “Ruins of War,” will begin streaming on January 4, 2023. The episodes will then release every Wednesday until the two-episode season finale on March 29, 2023.

Here is the complete list of the Season 2 episode titles:

  • Episodes 1 and 2: “Spoils of War and “Ruins of War”

  • Episode 3: “The Solitary Clone”

  • Episode 4: “Faster”

  • Episode 5: “Entombed”

  • Episode 6: “Tribe”

  • Episodes 7 and 8: “The Clone Conspiracy” and “Truth and Consequences”

  • Episode 9: “The Crossing”

  • Episode 10: “Retrieval”

  • Episode 11: “Metamorphosis”

  • Episode 12: “The Outpost”

  • Episode 13: “Pabu”

  • Episode 14: “Tipping Point”

  • Episodes 15 and 16: “The Summit” and “Plan 99”

The second season will open several months after the events of Season 1 when the Bad Batch left Kamino. The group continues to steer through the Empire after the fall of the Republic where they will encounter an array of missions that bring them to new and dangerous worlds.

Dee Bradley Baker returns as the voice of the Bad Batch, along with Emmy Award nominee Michelle Ang as Omega. Rhea Perlman and Noshir Dalal will also reprise the role of Cid and Vice Admiral Rampart, respectively. Wanda Sykes will join the cast as Phee Genoa.

The Mandalorian producer Dave Filoni will be the executive producer, along with Athena Portillo, Brad Rau, Jennifer Corbett, Carrie Beck, Josh Rimes, and Alex Spotswood as producers. Jennifer Corbett is the head writer for the show, and Matt Michnovetz is the show’s story editor. Brad Rau will also serve as the supervising director.
