Lionsgate Released The Action-Packed Official Trailer For 'John Wick: Chapter 4'

During July at San Diego Comic-Con, the first teaser for the new John Wick movie was released. Keanu Reeves is back as John Wick and looks better than ever. The official trailer was finally released, and it looks just as bloody and action-packed as the teaser.

Death is talked about a lot in the trailer. The trailer starts with John Wick and Caine (Donnie Yen) talking in a darkly lit church. Caine tells him “he is going to die”. We then see clips of different groups getting ready to fight. We get to see more of the villain, known as the Marquis (Bill Skarsgard). If John Wick takes a spot at the Table and challenges the Marquis to single combat, it can be a way out for him. The ending of Chapter 3 had John being hunted, and that is a looming threat throughout the trailer. When you’re getting ready to possibly die in single combat, you still got to look your best, so he gets a fresh new suit and guns to help prepare him for the fight.

The trailer looks just as violent as the previous installments. There is a lot of action and fighting, and at one point John Wick fights with a combination of a samurai sword and gun. We also see him riding a horse in the desert while shooting at people, and even bashing a man’s head in with nunchucks repeatedly. This film definitely will not hold back.

I doubt John Wick ever thought he’d be in this situation. He just wanted to get revenge on the people that killed his dog, and now he is being hunted. I cannot wait to see how John Wick gets out of this situation.

John Wick: Chapter 4 release on March 24th, 2023 in theaters.
