Lauren Stamile And Damon Dayoub Are Now Recurring Characters For ‘Gotham Knights’
Lauren Stamile (Burn Notice) and Damien Dayoub (Stitches) are the latest actors to be cast in CW’s new DC series Gotham Knights, which is due to air next year. Despite sharing a name with Warner Bros’ new RPG videogame, it is not associated in any way, but both are based on the same source material. According to the official synopsis, Gotham Knights is set soon after the murder of Bruce Wayne. Batman’s adopted son and the children of his enemies forge an uneasy alliance after being framed for the killing. Unfortunately for fans of the old DC shows, it will not be part of the Arrowverse.
Stamile and Dayoub have been cast as Lincoln March and his partner, Rebecca. A wealthy industrialist and unhappy ‘good wife,’ but if CW remains true to the graphic novels, Lincoln March may be a lot more! He claims to be Thomas Wayne Jr, Bruce Wayne’s long-lost brother. Whether the genetic link is real or in March’s head depends on which multiverse you follow, but he also has a winged alias, Owlman. If Dayoub has been cast as Lincoln March, then it’s likely that Owlman and the secretive Court of The Owls will also make an appearance.
CW’s synopsis has made it clear that Batman is dead, but with the casting of his mirror image brother…… it isn’t easy to believe them.
