Here's The One Thing That Shaw Levy Can Say About His 'Star Wars' Movie

“I’ve been so well trained by Stranger Things and Marvel that my lips are sealed,” Shawn Levy jokes about what he can and can’t say about his upcoming Star Wars movie. In a recent interview where he discussed his experiences directing the upcoming Marvel film Deadpool & Wolverine, the director was asked if there was anything that he would be able to say about his upcoming Star Wars film, which has yet to be given a name.
When pressed, he was willing to give a straightforward answer, stating that Johnathan Tropper, known for his work on the TV series Warrior will be the writer of the movie. He then continued, saying that both Kathleen Kennedy and Dave Filoni felt ‘close to’ the project. He was, however, tight-lipped when talking about things like characters and era.
Levy is also known for directing the Night at The Museum trilogy, Cheaper By The Dozen, and Pink Panther.
