When it comes to TV shows, no episode is more anticipated than the alluring idea of a season finale. After many plot twists and turns, watchers become curious to see what will happen to their favorite characters and what could be in store for them afterward. Anime is no exception, especially when the promise of a nearly feature-length special rears its head. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, for example, is currently resolving through its "Swordsmith Village" arc, and it wasn't until AnimeTV's Japanese Twitter account teased its fans with a post about its upcoming finale. What's more, the special in question will be up to 70 minutes long!

Crunchyroll, a streaming service that specializes in anime and manga, scheduled the 11th episode one week after releasing the 10th episode. While most fans of Demon Slayer are eager to see how the special will wrap up the arc (as well as see how much it deviates from the manga), some are already growing thirsty for what the next chapter has in store, with high hopes that it will only continue to advance in quality.

Regardless of what happens, the work and love that is put into making such a long animated special will surely shine through. If Demon Slayer is willing to put this much work into their specials, then anime fans can only hold their breath and ponder about how the next one is going to look.
