Ezra Miller Pleads Guilty In Court To Trespassing, They Face One Year Of Probation And A $500 Fine
The Flash star Ezra Miller pled guilty to trespassing during a court case yesterday morning. The nonbinary actor was charged with entering a neighbor’s home in Vermont and stealing large portions of alcohol. Petty larceny and burglary were added to the charges but later dropped as a condition of probation.
Miller’s one-year probation requires them to refrain from alcohol, submit to random drug tests, and receive mental health treatment along with 38 other conditions. In addition to the probation, they must pay a $500 fine. If Miller refuses to comply, the state could return a burglary charge to Miller’s record. Miller also agreed to spend 89-90 days in jail for unlawful trespassing.
