It's a good day to be a Star Wars fan! After the May release of The Bad Batch Season 2 trailer and plenty of leaked footage surfaced online, fans couldn’t wait for September to be reunited with Clone Force 99 and Omega. To the dismay of fans last week, The Bad Batch was removed from the Disney+ release schedule for September, and fans were not given a new release date to look forward to. Fans rushed to social media looking for answers as to not only why it had been removed from the schedule but also when they could look forward to its release.

Less than a week after its removal, we finally have some answers! According to information released on Star Wars Australia’s website, The Bad Batch Season 2 will premiere on September 28 as originally planned. Accompanying this announcement was a synopsis for the upcoming season. “The Bad Batch returns with Clone Force 99 and Omega, as they continue to navigate their journey through a rapidly changing galaxy after the fall of the Republic. Watch as the heroes complete daring missions across the galaxy meeting friend and foe, both old and new along the way.”

Looks like we can all breathe a sigh of relief and go back to looking forward to seeing some old and new friends on our screens in the next month as we see Andor and The Bad Batch arriving in September.

Andor is set to release on Disney+ with three episodes on September 21, and The Bad Batch is set to release on September 28.
