'Book of Boba Fett' Scene Leaked
With The Book of Boba Fett being the next big Star Wars release, fans from all over the world have been waiting in anticipation for any details of the plot or even a trailer. Recent reports have stated a trailer is expected early in November, however, thanks to the Star Wars news outlet, Star Wars News Net, we now have details of a pretty cool scene we can expect to see, along with a concept art picture.
The character of Boba Fett has found his way into the hearts of many fans, despite having very little screen time in the past. He first showed up in Empire Strikes Back as one of the bounty hunters hired by Darth Vader to pursue the Millenium Falcon. He is present during the ambush on Cloud City and is the one to take the carbonite-encased Han Solo to Jabba the Hutt for his bounty. Next, we see him still working for Jabba in Return of the Jedi, but he is quickly dispatched by a partially blinded and revived Han Solo. Falling into the mighty Sarlacc Pit, it seemed like this was the end of his story; or was it?

Thanks to fans consistently sharing their disappointment at the characters treatment over the years, stories were created to show Boba Fett did in fact survive his encounter with the Sarlacc. These stories were then relegated to Legends following Disney's acquisition of the Star Wars franchise. During the second season of The Mandalorian, Boba made his triumphant return to the galaxy far, far away, played by none other than Temuera Morrison who played his "father" and clone template Jango Fett in the Prequel Trilogy.
Fans went wild at the characters return and wanted noting more than to see his story continue. Their prayers were answered in the final moments of the season's finale. Both Boba and Fennec Shand find themselves back at Jabba's Palace on Tatooine, where they enter and quickly dispatch guards and Bib Fortuna, allowing Boba to take the throne for himself. The screen faded to black, then the words "The Book of Boba Fett" appeared, along with a general release date of December 2021. If fans had been excited before, then this only served to further enhance the excitement.
As we mentioned earlier, very few details are known about the show, specifically the plot and if any other well known characters will make an appearance. It also remains to be seen as to whether or not we will get an actual canon explanation as to how Boba survived the Sarlacc. It's likely the series is going to be very fast paced and we will see a lot of action, but until we get a trailer, who knows what it's going to look like. We do now, however, have some details as to one specific scene.
The leak has revealed an illustration of Boba appearing alongside a familiar beast from the galaxy far, far away; a Rancor. Whilst the illustration (which you can view below) shows Boba on the creature's back, it hasn't been confirmed whether or not he is riding it or fighting it, but either way it looks pretty awesome. There have also been rumors, Boba and Din Djarin will meet up again, which could help lead into The Mandalorian Season 3, but again this remains to be seen.
The new show is easily one of the more anticipated series to come, not including the obvious one of Obi-Wan Kenobi. If the details of the leak are anything to go by, fans are in for an absolute treat and the series could be one of the best yet.
You can check out the full description of the scene here on Star Wars News Net.
Until next time!
