Alec Baldwin Has Spoken Out For The First Time After A Judge Dismissed His Case

Alec Baldwin took time to thank his supporters after the infamous Rust court case this week.
“To all of you, you will never know how much I appreciate your kindness toward my family.”
A New Mexico Judge ruled that all charges against Baldwin relating to the death of Halyna Hutchins should be dropped, however, Hutchin’s widower (and father to her 11-year-old son), has sworn to bring Baldwin back into the courtroom. “We respect the court’s decision,” Hutchin’s attorney Brian Parish told news media. “We look forward to presenting all the evidence to a jury and holding Mr. Baldwin accountable for his actions in the senseless death of Halyna Hutchins.”
Halyna Hutchin tragically lost her life on the movie set of Rust when a live round was used in a gun fired by Baldwin. Baldwin’s was not the only case involved in the sad death of the talented Ukrainian cinematographer. Armourer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed sits in prison awaiting an appeal for her conviction on involuntary manslaughter charges. Assistant Director, Dave Halls, who handed the deadly weapon to Baldwin is currently serving six months unsupervised probation after pleading no contest to negligent use of a deadly weapon. The producers of the movie were also fined $100,000 by New Mexico’s Occupational Health and Safety Bureau.
