Love it or hate it, TikTok has become a great hub for learning about new trends, movies, TV shows, and books. One trend that is currently taking over the platform is “Slasher Summer” which is an aesthetic that many live by, but it is also a celebration of the subgenre of horror. Fans are currently making their lists of TV shows and films to watch this July and August, but we can’t forget about the bookworms! Here is a list of 10 novels that you need to add to your “Slasher Summer” reading list

This novel takes the classic summer slasher to a whole new level. The best way to describe this novel is Friday the 13th meets Terminator. The story follows a group of counselors who, after arriving at camp, are quickly faced with unimaginable horror. As the counselors struggle to survive, they quickly learn that the killer is not what they seem.

Camp Hackaway is available on Kindle Unlimited.
