A new entry to Pixar’s Cars series is set to arrive this fall, and it all begins with our familiar cast of characters in Radiator Springs on an ordinary day, With everyone hanging around at the gas station, Tow Mater announcing to Lightning McQueen and the rest that he will be going east to his sister’s wedding, to which McQueen suggests that he would go with Mater as a road trip as the animated trailer would show glimpses of locations and sights to be featured. The series is written by Steve Purcell, head of story and co-director for Brave. And produced by Marc Sondheimer, who produced an animation short called Piper.
On the FANDOM Disney+ page, The show reveals three concept artworks that are previewed with the trailer.
