Heidi Klum Becomes A Worm for Halloween… And It’s Horrifying
Heidi Klum is the reigning queen of Halloween costumes, and this year was no different. For her annual Halloween Party in New York City, Klum, 49, surprised fans and paparazzi by arriving on the red carpet as a giant worm. The star was accompanied by her husband, Tom Kaulitz, who was dressed as a fisherman complete with a fishing rod and waders.
He was also given the Halloween special treatment with special effects makeup that gave the illusion of a facial wound possibly caused by the giant worm. When asked about his costume, the musician said, “My favorite part of her costume is that I'm a part of it. She comes up with amazing stuff. Her idea was the worm so I was like, 'What can I do?’”

When asked about her worm costume, Klum said “I just wanted to think outside the box and do something different, and I thought we all know a rainworm. And I want to put a smile on people's faces. … I thought it'd be funny.” She definitely accomplished this goal as fans at the party and on social media couldn’t stop talking about the hilarious costume.
Her worm costume got even more terrifying when she chose to lose the worm body in exchange for a nude body suit covered in glistening rhinestones but kept the worm face on for the night. The costume was equal parts sexy and absolutely terrifying! In true #HeidiHalloween fashion, the model had dropped hints about her costume the week leading up to the party. She shared small glimpses of the costume on her Instagram and had fans guessing that she was going to be Jabba the Hutt from Star Wars.
Klum is known for her extravagant Halloween costumes and takes over the trending page on most social media platforms the second she reveals her newest costume. Some of her most memorable are a butterfly in 2014, Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” in 2017, and Fiona from Shrek in 2018.
