New Set Photos For 'Loki' Season 2 Have Been Revealed And Tom Hiddleston Looks Dashing
Ever since Marvel’s Disney+ series Loki was released in 2021 and left everyone on quite the cliffhanger, fans have been begging for more. The cliffhanger left many questions unanswered and opened new ideas, plots, and storylines for the MCU. Finally, we have some first-look images of Tom Hiddleston on the set of Loki season 2 as he reprises the fan-favorite God of Mischief, Loki.
Filming for Loki season 2 is underway, although Marvel Studios has yet to set a release date for the series on Disney+. Season 1 of Loki was full of Loki doing his regular God of Mischief stuff, yet, at the same time, showing that he definitely does have a heart. We also met some new characters including Sylvie played by Sophia di Martino. The ending featured an epic showdown with the creator of the TVA, He Who Remains (Jonathan Majors). And it left fans with a whole mass of questions and mind-blowing plot points. The season ends with Loki being sent to another timeline.
In the images posted by @BRMarvelNews on Twitter, Loki and Mobius (played by Owen Wilson) are seen walking around in tuxedos, which is not the usual attire that we are used to seeing the pair in. As usual, Hiddleston looks dashing in a suit. No one else has been seen yet, and we don’t have any details as to what the show will focus on. Although, Hiddleston and Marvel have assured us that it will continue the storyline and answer at least some of the questions that were posed and not answered in the first season. Plus, according to the photos, it looks like Loki and Mobius are working together again, potentially, even though the end of Season 1 has Mobius not remembering who Loki is.
Could these be other variants of Loki and possibly Mobius? Is it an entirely new timeline altogether? Hopefully, with the release of these photos, fans will get more information soon as to what may be in store for their favorite Marvel God of Mischief.
