A new beautiful Star Wars LEGO set is coming: Rebels better duck and cover because a TIE bomber is flying in! This edition of the TIE line first appeared in a 1977 comic and its first on-screen feature in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. It’s challenging to maneuver when flying, but the ship has a particular skill for precision assaults.

The set will reportedly come with three figurines: Darth Vader, Vice Admiral Sloane, and a TIE Bomber Pilot. A mini gonk droid will also be included, perfect for hauling ammo and other spare ship parts around the platform. This isn’t the first time a TIE bomber LEGO set has been made, but the 75347 set is far more detailed and has a few more features.

A highlight of any LEGO product would be the movement capacity. Not only can a door open to stash a pilot in, but it will launch LEGO pieces as missiles in place of a heavier payload! The small pieces can be easily lost, so keep your eye on where you fire!

This set will have 625 pieces to put together, making this a fantastic side project to work on while rewatching The Empire Strikes Back. The price will reportedly be USD 64.99. This is just one of three sets being released on January 1st 2023, ushering in the new year on quite a positive note.
