Linklater doesn’t share who is performing in the latest series however, according to the project’s IMDB page, Ricci is slated as Catwoman, Jamie Chung as Harley Quinn, and Diedrich Bader as Harvey Dent.

Even though much of the project’s been kept in the dark to audiences, Linklater shared with Vanity Fair his struggle to keep his casting under wraps from his own children: “I never in a million bajillion years imagined that I would actually get the part. Not only had I never been cast to do voiceover work before this, but also—it’s Batman!… I got the call and I screamed so loud. I just ran and grabbed my kids and was just like, ‘Dad’s Batman.’"

Fans only have a few short weeks to find out how Linklater will settle into the role. Batman: Caped Crusader debuts on August 1 on Prime Video.
