Release Date For Prime Video And Roku Announced For Pokemon 'Trainer Tour' Series

More Pokémon excitement is coming our way, as a new series is coming to Amazon Prime and Roku. Pokémon: Trainer Tour is a new series, hosted by content creators Meghan Camarena, aka Strawburry17, and Andrew Mahone, aka Tricky Gym, that interviews Pokémon fans around the country, specifically those who play the trading card game. The two will travel in a Pikachu-themed bus, with the goal being to “meet and mentor aspiring trainers looking to foster connections with family and friends through their love of the Pokémon Trading Card Game.”
The series is the first of its kind for The Pokémon Company International. It spotlights fans of the series through their own unique life experiences and shared love of Pokémon.
“This series offers fans an inside look into the varied experiences and heartfelt stories of some of the Trainers who make up the diverse array of Pokémon fans, and we’re so grateful to have had the opportunity to showcase how connections are fostered through the Pokémon TCG.” Andy Gose, senior director of media production at The Pokémon Company International, told Variety. Pokémon: Trainer Tour premieres today, July 31st, on Amazon Prime and Roku, so be sure to catch all the episodes! After all, you gotta catch 'em all!
